Owensboro Drag Queen Makes “RuPaul’s Drag Race” [Video]

Jon Brennan brought Owensboro national exposure when he was cast on MTV's The Real World.  Teresa Cook, a.k.a. Kizzy, found her way onto Deal or No Deal.  Apollo High School graduate Lisa Blades was recently featured as a model on Project Runway and Models of the Runway.  And now, Monica Beverly Hillz, an Owensboro drag queen is about to gain national recognition when she competes on the brand new season of RuPaul's Drag Race!

Monica Beverly Hillz is a former cast member at Equals on 4th Street in Owensboro, but has now found a much bigger stage.  She'll compete for the title of "Next Drag Superstar" when RuPaul's Drag Race: Season 5 begins in January.
