This is simply amazing. During his deployment to Vietnam, Owensboro resident Roger Ingram served as Commander of the Postal and Courier Service. He was deployed from December 1968 to December 1969. These are his home videos of his time over there.
Ingram narrates the videos he has shared with the Daviess County Public Library.
