
Owensboro Walk of Fame to Honor Kevin Olusola from Pentatonix
There is going to be a new star on the Owensboro Walk of Fame. The Mayor's office has announced that next Friday at ROMP, there will be a special presentation honoring Kevin Olusola from Pentatonix.
According to a press release issued by the office of Mayor Tom Watson and Owensboro City Commission, Olusola will be recognized in a special ceremony at 6:45pm, Friday, June 23rd at ROMP at Yellow Creek P
Olusola is a member of the Grammy-winning vocal group Pentatonix. The group has won three Grammys . . . their most recent coming this year when they snagged the Grammy for Best Country Duo/Group Performance for their collaboration with Dolly Parton on "Jolene"!
Olusola was born here in Owensboro and attended public schools until he transferred to a private boarding school. He attended college at Yale.
