Target Issues Recall on Easter, Dinosaur Themed Toys

Target is issuing a recall on more than half a million Easter and dinosaur themed toys due to an ingestion risk.

If you purchased Hatch & Grow Easter Eggs, Easter Grow Toys, or Hatch Your Own Dino from Target in February or March of this year, return them to the store for a full refund.

To be perfectly honest, I'm surprised these toys are even on the market.

Their names alone suggest trouble.

The danger lies in the toys' ability to increase in size if they're placed in water.

We're talking an increase to about 600% their original size.

Needless to say, that would constitute a serious blockage hazard and, in fact, would require surgery to remove the object, according to a statement released by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
