According to a press release from the City of Owensboro, this year's show will feature the following amazing acts!

The iconic P-51 and F4U Corsair warbirds flown by Scooter Yoak and Jim Tobul

The Army Aviation Heritage Sky Soldiers are returning with their AH-1 Cobra and UH-1 Huey helicopters. As you'll recall, the Sky Soldiers were in town last year for the show and offered fans a unique opportunity to ride in one of the helicopters.  Good news!  They are coming back again this year offering more paid rides.  Plus, they'll be performaning over the river during the air show on Saturday and Sunday.

Bill Stein, Matt Chapman, and Rob Holland will all be showcasing their amazing aerobatic abilities with a 3-ship routine.  Also, Mat Younkin and Gene Soucy will be returning to Owensboro as well.

And, for the first time ever, the Canadian SkyHawks Parachute Demo Team will make an appearance in Owensboro as one of only six shows for the team in the United States this year.  And, I recently found out that I get to jump with them.  I CANNOT WAIT!!

There's also another new performer this year!  The Paradigm Aerobatic Team will make their first ever appearance in Kentucky.  This is going to be awesome!  Check 'em out.

The Owensboro Air Show is set for September 14th through the 16th in downtown Owensboro.  For more information, CLICK HERE!
