Theresa Rowe is back with a new instrument of terror - the stability ball - for Moon.

Today we are going to bounce on the ball. Frankly, the exercise was pretty effective, more than I expected it to be.

The main thing I noticed was once I did what Theresa always says on Shaped By Faith, "Scoop from navel to spine", I felt more 'stable' on the ball.
