Tour A Rough River Dam State Resort Park Cottage (VIDEO)

Angel here!  Joe and I celebrated our anniversary this past weekend at Rough River Dam Resort State Park.  We loved our stay, the  so I wanted to take you on a tour-->

From the awesome staff (hey Tammy), beautiful scenery, amazing lodge, waterfront views, and all the activities provided in the park you'll immediately fall in love with Rough River.

What I loved most is it's family friendly.  They have tons of stuff for the kids to do whether it's taking a hike, fishing, playing putt-putt, going to the beach, swimming in the pool, or for a paddle on the lake everyone will be entertained.

We had the opportunity to eat at Grayson's Landing for their seafood buffet and desserts.  The food was great!  The service even better.  Say HI to Bob when your there (which isn't his real name but that's what they call him!)

We are planning to head back during July 4th weekend for their holiday festivities which includes; fireworks, tons of fun for the kids, family activities, and more.

And one last thing!  While you're in Falls of the Rough visit Speedy Mart Buffet too!  We stopped there for breakfast and it was delicious!  They have pizza, ice cream (in season), and fried chicken!
