Champion Ford Raising Money for Raising Hope

You may already be familiar with the story of Mary Edwards and Leslye Scott, two women who suffered the tragedy of losing children prior to their births.

It is their mission to have a statue erected in Memorial Gardens on Highway 144. Named for Richard Paul Evans' book The Christmas Box , this Christmas Box Angel Monument, like the many that can be found in cemeteries around the country, would be put in place so those who have lost their children can go to a place to confront their grief, reflect, and perhaps heal.

Their foundation, Raising Hope, has been set up to raise money for the construction and erection of this statue and its base in Memorial Gardens.

Today, Champion Ford Lincoln Mazda of Owensboro is giving you the opportunity to help in this effort in a very cool way. It's called "Go Further with Ford."
