Hostess Chocodiles Are Back [Video]

If you were tuned into The WBKR Waking Crew on Monday morning, you heard my friend April and I talking about the return of one of our favorite snacks from childhood!  Yep!  Hostess has brought back the Chocodile!!  Remember them??  My buddy Ricky Evans did and ran to the store immediately to pick up a package of delicious, chocolate-covered Twinkies!  And, to celebrate the snack cake's triumphant return, not only did we find the old Chocodile commercial on YouTube, we found out where you can get a box of the new ones!  LOOK!

And whoever claimed that it "takes a while to eat a Chocodile" was absolutely insane!  I scarfed two of them down this morning and nearly inhaled the wrappers in the process.

By the way, April found our box of Chocodiles at the Walmart location on Hwy 54 and I understand all Walmarts are stocking them!  Bless you, Walton family!  And my friend Shelia Hayden, from Lamar, said they've been in Santa Claus, Indiana for a couple of weeks now at the Dollar General.

So, if you have have fond memories of stuffing Chocodiles into your face when you were a kid, get to the store NOW!!  Hostess has brought back the chocolate-covered Twinkie and they are AMAZING!  As my friend Ricky said, after polishing off his two-pack this morning, "Worth the wait, Brother!"
