L!VE on the Banks Begins Saturday July 6th at Smothers Park

As we have seen over the last few years via such events as Goldie's Survivor, the Battle for the Big O, Denim & Diamonds, and Jaclyn's Six Pack concerts, there is a TON of great talent in the Owensboro and surrounding areas.

I'm an Owensboro native and, in fact, I can't remember when we've had SUCH an explosion of talent. Well, now you have the opportunity to show your stuff once again. In fact, there will be many opportunities that come with L!VE on the Banks which kicks off Saturday at the River Overlook at Smothers Park.

The series will continue through October 12th and give many local musicians the chance to showcase. If you'd like to participate, go to events.owensboro.org/live-on-the-banks and submit your request which will allow you to choose your music genre of choice and up to 4 dates on which you'd like to perform.
