St. Patrick’s Day Recipe: Lucky Leprechaun Lime Drink

How good does this look?  My Facebook friend Molly Tennis found this recipe online and I think it looks delicious.  And, it's alcohol-free free so your youngsters can enjoy it today too.  Wanna know how to make the Lucky Leprechaun Lime Drink?  It's quick, easy and over-the-rainbow good!

LUCKY LEPRECHAUN LIME DRINK

1 quart lime sherbert, softened

1/2 cup frozen lime concentrate

2 tablespoons of sugar

2 (12-ounce) carbonated lemon-lime soft drink, chilled

1-2 cups crushed ice

In a mixing bowl, blend sherbet, limeade and sugar.  Stir in soda and ice.  Pour into glasses and serve!  Told you it was quick and easy.
