It's almost time for the Moonlight Ride in downtown Owensboro to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital! This will be the third year bikers and riders will be gathering to ride all over city and help kids like Ben Halbig. Take a look!

This weekend has been more eventful than I anticipated and I love that. I remember past Junes where the heat and the humidity have been unbearable but this past weekend, which started with Friday the 13th, was absolutely comfortable and beautiful.

Here at WBKR, we are getting excited and geared up for the first-ever Moonlight Ride!  It's the City of Owensboro's brand new St. Jude fundraising event that involves a 12-mile bicycle ride around the city and a huge three-hour pre-party with line dancing, Zumba and more.  And, if you want to be involved, the clock is ticking.  The Moonlight Ride is one week from today!  That's right.  It's Friday
