Taylor’s Crawfish Boil This Saturday in Owensboro

Have you ever sucked the head off a crawfish?  Well, you're gonna get your chance this Saturday at Taylor's Tavern on West Parrish Avenue in Owensboro.  That's the site of the annual Crawfish Boil, an all-you-can-eat outdoor cookout with live music, food, and more!  And it's just $10 per person.

Join WBKR at Taylor's Saturday afternoon!  We'll be there broadcasting live as the doors open at Noon.  In addition to thousands of crawfish, the crew at Taylor's is cooking up potatoes, corn, onions and more!  And, again, it's just $10 per person . . . all you can eat.

Plus, there will be live music from 3:30pm to 6:30 from local favorites Elliott Sublett, Jarred Green and Drew Aud.  Then, Saturday night, the Brandon Lay Band will take the stage.

and thinking, "I wonder what in the heck a crawfish tastes like?" . . . picture a little prawn that tastes like a combination of lobster and crab!  It's pretty darn good.  And for ten bucks, you can suck the heads off as many as you want!
