Can you please help a child in need?

Please join us Saturday, April 30th for the 2016 Year of the Child "For the Child Conference" at the Owensboro Convention Center from 8:00 to 3:30.

"For the Child" Conference is an opportunity to come together to hear nationally known speakers discuss issues of poverty, abuse and neglect, disparity and educational challenges affecting the children of our community.  This event will be the catalyst for continued efforts to increase awareness and action to improve the lives of the children in our community!  Hear Kentucky's own, internationally famous actress, writer and director, Ashley Judd, and be inspired!  The day will include expert information on Bridges out of Poverty by author, Terie Dreussi-Smith; ACE Trauma expert, Tracy Fauver; and other first-person accounts of surviving and thriving difficult childhood experiences and shared ideas with other people just like you: people who care and can see that together we can, we will, make a difference in the life of a child! Lunch & Door Prizes too! Get your tickets today before they're gone at OwensboroTickets.com.
