Christmas Wish Having a Record Breaking Year [PHOTOS]

The WBKR Christmas Wish program is in full swing and breaking records. When all is said and done, we will have received close to 1,550 wish letters from families this holiday season. Here's a look inside the Christmas Wish Headquarters.

Tonight, my banker husband, decided to do the math on what it will take to get the rest of the letters granted. We have a tough few days ahead, but we won't be detoured. We can do this. But, we still need some help. We need hams and turkeys, along with various sizes of bikes. We appreciate ANY donations that will help the mission.

We'll be open today from 9-6, Saturday from 9-4, Sunday from 12-4 and Monday from 9-6. It's very possible that you won't be called for pick-up until Saturday, so please be patient. I promise that we won't leave your child behind.

Here’s a look inside of the Christmas Wish Office. It’s a record breaking year. 1,547 families/wish letters, close to 6,000 children, almost 18,000 presents and over 1,000 food baskets with a ham or turkey. Lots of work to be done!
