The National Weather Service in Paducah has a flood warning continuing for the Ohio River all around the tri-state and in Owensboro.

The Flood Warning continues for
  the Ohio River at Owensboro
* until further notice.
* At  3:18 AM Sunday the stage was 46.5 feet.
* Flood Stage is 40.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 48.1 feet by
  Tuesday morning then begin falling.
* Impact...At 50.0 Feet...Moderate flooding occurs affecting the
  lowest land in Owensboro well back from the river due to sewers
  backing up.

More rain is expected to move back in on Tuesday night and rain chances will remain at 70 to 90 percent until Thursday.
