Witch, Please! The search is on for 2025's Face of Halloween and an Owensboro, Kentucky woman is in the running for the title.

The Face of Halloween is an online contest that, this year, is being promoted by the original 'Scream Queen' herself, Jamie Lee Curtis.

The ultimate winner- the Face of Halloween- is going to win the following: $13,000, the chance to appear in Rue Morgue magazine, and the opportunity to meet Jamie Lee Curtis (Halloween), Matthew Lillard (Scream), and Kane Hodder (Friday the 13th).

Kelly Annin referenced a couple of those popular horror film franchises on her official contest bio. She shared:

I grew up in the Golden era of horror- Halloween, Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street. I design all my own costumes!

Kelly, who's a well-known local singer and artist, has an incredible eye for detail and her Halloween designs are elaborate, spooky, and stunning. Take a look at some of her past costumes!

LOOK: How Halloween has changed in the past 100 years

Stacker compiled a list of ways that Halloween has changed over the last 100 years, from how we celebrate it on the day to the costumes we wear trick-or-treating. We’ve included events, inventions, and trends that changed the ways that Halloween was celebrated over time. Many of these traditions were phased out over time. But just like fake blood in a carpet, every bit of Halloween’s history left an impression we can see traces of today.
