Where to Get Gavin Howard's St. Jude T-Shirts in Owensboro

The WBKR/Window World St. Jude Radiothon continues today and we're expecting a HUGE Day #2. Yesterday, despite an Ice Storm Warning throughout the WBKR listening area, our phones were ringing like crazy and we added a bunch of new St. Jude Partners-in-Hope to our St. Jude Family.

That St. Jude family has long included Gavin Howard and the Howard Family from Knottsville, KY. They have been raising money for St. Jude since Gavin was a kid. He's a junior at Whitesville Trinity High School now and has raised over $40,000 for the children of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis.

And one way he's done that is this. Each year of the WBKR St. Jude Radiothon, Gavin creates a new St. Jude-inspired t-shirt. This year, Gavin stepped up his game even more. He didn't design one t-shirt, he designed two. Take a look.

Today, over at Shoe Stop at Wesleyan Park Plaza, where Jerry Morris and the Angels for Ashley Cooking Team will be serving up 500 Boston butts, 500 chickens and 400 racks of ribs, Gavin and his family will be there selling shirts. A bunch of them.

I got a text message from Gavin yesterday and he informed me that they'll be selling between 200 and 300 shirts today. Here's the price list for them:

T-shirt: $15

Long sleeve t-shirt: $20

Both styles are available in Youth small - Adult 2x.
