
Holiday World Hiring Event in Owensboro, Kentucky
Job seekers, are you ready for some summer fun? Holiday World and Splashin' Safari will be hosting a hiring event this evening right here in Owensboro.
FAMILY FUN PLUS MANY SUMMER PERKS
The Santa Claus, Indiana park is looking to fill over 2,200 positions this summer, and here's some good news, they are increasing their starting wages for those 18 and older, which is $13 an hour. Adults and retirees seeking seasonal employment are also encouraged to apply.
Seasonal team members at Holiday World get some pretty cool perks. They get a free season pass, 50 percent off food, employee parties with exclusive ride time, tuition discounts for schools like Western Kentucky University (GO TOPS!), free access to other amusement parks and attractions in the area, two free uniforms, and lots more.
Here's a cool perk for teachers and/or teachers assistants who want to spend the summer working at Holiday World, they can earn up to $200 in Amazon gift cards for their classrooms.

This local hiring event will start at 4:00 pm this afternoon at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Downtown/Waterfront and will last until 9:00 pm.
They will have interviewers available and their team will be accepting paperwork. You won't have to travel to Santa Claus to turn in your paperwork, just show up with two forms of ID, they will take care of the rest, and you could be hired on the spot!
