Who is Mr. Craig & What is He Doing at Holiday World?
Have you been to Holiday World & Splashin' Safari yet this summer? This year marks the park's 80th season, and there is SO MUCH fun to be had! Right now, you can visit during Rubber Duck Days to see the World's Largest Rubber Duck and try some of the amazing new food. The Nerveless Nocks are back for more exciting shows, and the dinos return this fall!

You can also peek over the fenced-off area in the 4th of July section if you are curious about the new attraction they are working on. Don't lie, we know you've done it! We've totally done it too! lol!
If you are a true Holiday World fan, you know that Boulder Canyon was the name of the town you rode through on the Raging Rapids ride that was beloved for 33 years. (R.I.P).
Decoding the New Holiday World Attraction
About a month ago, a newspaper for the Town of Boulder Canyon was published and sent out with possible clues as to what we can expect in 2027. Take a look at the details here:

As the paper announces, there is a new website for the town of Boulder Canyon. You may have seen this poster in the park.
Of course, this entry into the 21st century includes a Facebook account. If you haven't been following along, here is what you have missed:
Boulder Canyon is hosting a music festival with a pretty sweet line-up. Some acts you have kiiiiiindaaaa sorta heard of before. Are there clues mixed in with these creatively named superstar "alter egos?" If so, this attraction HAS to have cookout vibes, right?

Who is Mr. Craig?
But WHO is Mr. Craig?! WELL, he has HIS own Facebook page as well. Other than rocking that red sweatsuit like a Beastie Boy, we know he is a VERY proud cat dad to his purring Persian princess, Betsy Ross. They like to go on walks around Boulder Canyon.
Mr. Craig is a self-proclaimed pit master who can whip up a brisket on a grill in 12 minutes. He has video proof, see?
Is Craig on the Van Snoodle Family Tree?
At the end, you see him serving it to someone who calls him her "grandbaby." I don't know about you, but that voice sounds an awful LOT like Grandma Gracy from Good Gravy. Hmmm, is Mr. Craig a Van Snoodle? I just hope the Town of Boulder Canyon has a fire department! If you follow Mr. Craig, you'll find even more epic meat videos.
What is the New Attraction at Holiday World?
I would bet a burnt brat that he will keep cooking up clues as we try to guess the new attraction Holiday World is flip-flopping around about. I personally think the Town of Boulder is returning, and I think water will be involved again in some way. Based on the Easter eggs (which could be purposefully misleading, I will admit), I think we will be celebrating the 4th of July at a perpetual cookout or Independence Day picnic.
