Recently, the Owensboro Fire Department and the City of Owensboro have been advising the community of the importance Smoke Detectors in their homes as well as practicings fire safety measures.

Fire Marshall, Steve Leonard told us that 14% of house fires nationwide are caused by electrical issues by nature but you can take action and unplug those things you are not using.
