Owensboro Malco Adds Arcade Games, In-Seat Ordering & Delivery

The Maddox family LOVES a good movie night. Now that my kiddo is a little older, he has "leveled up" to be able to watch more flicks. We recently all went to see the new Superman movie together, and it was SO AWESOME.

I do wish I were the type of person to get to the movie theatre early. To calmly purchase tickets, wait in line for popcorn and drinks, and still get to enjoy all of the previews. Unfortunately, we end up plopping into our seats at the last minute, most of the time.

Luckily, the Malco Owensboro Cinema Grill & MXT lets you order right from your seat, AND it is delivered to you while you watch the movie! There are stickers with QR codes, so you can just scan with your phone and grab a hot dog or some candy. I hear their wings are actually really good. The last time we were there, I noticed that they were offering BBQ nachos special served with pulled pork from Old Hickory.

The next time you go, you'll notice something else new and exciting on the left-hand side of the lobby when you walk in. The front corner is now home to brand new arcade games! I spoke with the manager, Camilla, who told me they are ready to go, and it's all super easy self-serve with a reloadable game card like Chuck-e-Cheese.

Now we have more motivation to get to the movies early! Michael and Rollins can play games while I order our snacks. Here are some pictures my friend Emma sent me. She said they are also getting a Top Gun game! Can't wait to see what that one is like.
