Pennsylvania Man Purchases Gabe’s Tower
Along with the Roosevelt House, it's one-half of the Owensboro skyline. (Well, one-third...Independence Bank's pretty tall.)
And now, 14news.com is reporting that Gabe's Tower has been sold to Ken Bello of Levittown, Pennsylvania. As part of the sale, the City of Owensboro will collect any liens, fines, and interest against the property.
Rumors abound that the hotel will be reopened. The sales price has not been disclosed.
More to come, I would imagine...
