KENTUCKY FLEA MARKETS ARE THE BEST

Kentucky Flea Markets really are the very best.  I'm sure lots of other states have people as we do here in the Bluegrass but there is just something about us super southern people and a good deal.

Growing up my momma took me to tons of flea markets and garage sales.  She always told me if you don't like the price then barter with them.  Most of the time people don't want to pack their stuff back up and take it home so they are willing to work with you on price (this is a good lesson).

This brings me to one of my favorite flea markets in Kentucky.  The Friends & Family Farmers Flea Market is tons of fun and the folks there like to barter with you!

WHERE IS THE FRIENDS AND FAMILY FARMERS FLEA MARKET?

The Friends and Family Farmers Flea Market is a local flea market at the Hancock County Fair Grounds.

The market features local crafters, homesteaders, farmers, and so many other things.  You truly never know what you are going to find when you go.

The last time I went they had an Amish baked goods booth and let me tell you the food was some of the most delicious that I have ever had in my life.  They make handmade fruit pies that are to die for.

They have tons of different booths.  Some of them are inside too.
