Owensboro Police have made arrests in connection with an ongoing investigation into a drug trafficking operation.  And the men arrested and charged are former members of the Kentucky Mavericks organization.

Well, this is surprising and disappointing news to report this afternoon.

The Kentucky Mavericks did something at the Owensboro Sports Center Saturday night that they haven't done all season... they lost. To say the Mavs were stunned by the Lake Michigan Admirals would be an understatement. WBKR Night with the Kentucky Mavericks was a blast! Chad, Brett, Dave and myself loved watching another awesome game and hanging out with all of you fellow Mavs fans. Chad and I also had way too much fun dancing with the Lady Mavs Dance Team during halftime. Seriously y'all, I'm afraid Chad thinks he's Beyonce, ha! In case y'all missed it, take a look!
