Sometimes, a movie comes along that is so stupid and so silly, you just can't stop watching it. Strange Brew is not only about beer and it not only includes a Oktoberfest sabotage plot, it's really funny.

Wow! What a difference a blog and a Facebook post makes. As you recall, I wrote about the mysterious board propped up beside the building at WBKR. I had a few theories, but after a few hours, we got this message....

So, you've seen some mysterious goings-on late at night here at WBKR, but what about what is going on outside the building? I present Exhibit A, this board with the name, place (?) "Ell-Bee" carved into it.

I missed Throwback Thursday, so I thought I would show off a few pictures I've taken lately. To be fair, one of these was taken a couple of weeks ago, and it's a puzzler. Let's take a look.

Beer. It's pretty much the only alcoholic beverage I enjoy. I've never been a girly drink kind of gal. I'll maybe occasionally have some whiskey or a mixed rum drink, but that's it. I'd rather drink a cold beer when I'm out and about. I thought I would tell you about the five I enjoy the most. So grab a frosty glass and kick back!

Let me start by saying, believe it or not, I'm not inebriated in this picture. I was hanging out with some of my best friends in Bowling Green a couple of years ago and I decided to take advantage of a song that came on during our little party.

Before you ask, it wasn't me. I've only purchased a handful of lottery tickets in my life and I've never won a single dollar back. My odds of winning at Ellis Park have been better in the last few years. The investigation into exactly who matched five numbers during last week's Powerball drawing is short, but it catches my curiosity.
