Teachers, I know school will be here in less than in a month, but what about a trip that's beneficial to you and your students for the upcoming year? Check out "Teacher Tuesdays" at the Louisville Zoo.

On the next two Tuesdays in July, the 16th and 23rd, teachers will receive free admission to the zoo.

Here's the official description from the Louisville Zoo:

"Use this opportunity to explore the Zoo while finding endless opportunities for student learning during your upcoming school year! Engage your family in scientific discussions using our newly designed Exploration Guides and identify phenomenon to incorporate into your NGSS lesson planning.

Don’t forget to inquire about our NGSS aligned curriculum, programs and outreaches!"

The Program Preview registration is HERE. July 16th will focus on grades 3-5 while July 23rd will focus on grades 6-12.

NOTE: The free admission is for teachers only; parking and additional party tickets are not included. Teachers must also provide proof of their current teaching status.
