VOTE: ROMP Virtual Band Contest Underway Cast Your Vote

ROMP was postponed like many other festivals in 2020 due to the pandemic. This year they are hosting a virtual band contest and you still have time to cast your vote.

ROMP started rallying bands to submit a video for their virtual contest sponsored by Jagoe Homes at the end of 2020. The contest was open to all pickers playing bluegrass and also acoustic roots music. They were asked to submit a video and not like any ordinary video but one that would literally light a spark under their little picking fingers.

The result was 25 absolutely incredible bands vying to take the stage and perform at ROMP 2021. ROMP is set to take place June 23-June 26 at Yellowcreek Park.

Voting is open until Sunday, March 14. Here is where you can VOTE. Once you get to the place to vote you will find the above bands and below them a link that you can click to learn about the band and then watch their performance. You can watch all 25 or go and vote for your favorite you've already heard play.
