I can honestly tell you that I wasn't sure kids even WENT trick-or-treating anymore. I know people who NEVER get kids at their homes on Halloween and they live in actual neighborhoods.

Clearly they live in the WRONG neighborhood.

Anyone who doesn't get trick-or-treaters, head down to Jefferson Street in Paducah and you will be FLUSH with costumed kiddies.

WPSD Local 6 in Paducah reports that a guy named Dale Perry got this all started 17 years ago by elaborately decorating his house for Halloween.

And apparently he doesn't skimp; his decor can be truly frightening.

Anyway, the entire neighborhood began following suit and the next thing you know, Jefferson Street legitimately expects something like 3,000 trick-or-treaters on Halloween.

"Somebody run down to Walgreen's! We've already run out of Reese's Cups!"

Yeah, no kidding.
