St. Jude Patient Update: Markell [Video]

Our next St. Jude Radiothon is coming up in March of 2015, but, over the last couple of weeks, we have been getting some updates on some of our patients.  In 2014, Jaclyn and I introduced you to Markell.  Known around St. Jude as "Mr. Hollywood," Markell is a 15-year-old cancer warrior.  Suffering relapse after relapse, Markell has been in the fight of his life repeatedly.  In fact, it's his fight that inspired our 2014 St. Jude song "Undefeated."  Though it's tried repeatedly, cancer has not been able to keep this young fighter down.  And, now, Markell is the subject of Unstoppable, a four-part series profiling St. Jude patients and their unwillingness to surrender.  Watch this.  Markell's spirit will uplift and inspire you!

And, in case you happened to miss our song "Undefeated", here's the video we put together for our most recent St. Jude radiothon.  We wrote this song for Markell.  After hearing his story first-hand, we knew this kid was something truly special.  Though his body has had to wage war against cancer, Markell is undefeated.  He is truly unstoppable!
