Dorothy Simpson of Tell City is best known for her amazing Monkey Bread recipe.  The people who work in our building swarm like buzzards anytime she drops some off in the WBKR studios.  But, today, Dorothy joined us in our What's Cookin'? segment on The CB Radio Show.   And this recipe looks amazing too.  It's called The One Pan Wonder!  It's quick, easy and insanely delicious.  Check out Dorothy's recipe here!

ONE PAN WONDER

3 skinless chicken breasts cut in half

2 cans green beans

6 large cut up red skin potatoes

1 pkg. zesty Italian dressing mix

1 stick melted butter

In a 9x13 pan, place chicken breasts in center, green beans on one side and potatoes on the other. Sprinkle Italian dressing mix over the top. Drizzle melted butter over it. Cover it with aluminum foil and bake at 350* for 1 hour.

Like we mentioned, it's quick, easy and delicious.  If you're in a rush and on the go, THIS is the perfect dinner.  The prep time is a breeze and you can just throw it in the oven and bake until you're ready to feed your face.  It truly is a One Pan Wonder!

What's Cookin'? is sponsored each week by Murphy Appliance Company in Owensboro!
