Friends of Sinners, a Christ-Centered Recovery Program for those in drug and alcohol addiction has plans to open a new women's house this month in Owensboro. The current Women's house can only accommodate 6 women and even that is pushing it!  The new facility will house up to 12 women allowing Friends of Sinners to help more women struggling with addiction.  It will have a classroom, living room, bedrooms for the ladies, and many other additions.

The house comes after many prayers, hardwork, fundraising, and help from many caring individuals and businesses in the community.

When a woman enters the program she is required to stay one year.  It is a 4 phase program and with each phase the individual gains privilege.

Jessica Lee, FOS Women's Supervisor, said "Open House plans are set for Monday, November 27."  Anyone is welcome to attend.

Friends of Sinners would also like to extend a gracious THANK YOU to all those people in the community who have faithfully prayed, walked with, and helped to see the plans of the house through.

I am so proud of this amazing group!  My husband, Joe, is the Executive Director of FOS, and I get to have a behind the scenes of house hard they have worked to make all this possible!  GOD IS GOOD~
