After a storm, it's not unusual to find something that doesn't belong in your yard.  Tree branches, your neighbor's trash toter, or a piece of plastic lawn furniture. A giant metal orb? Very strange!

That's what a neighborhood in central Indiana found last week after storms blew through Indianapolis on Wednesday. The object was completely round except for one flat side (which it sat on) at the corner of 19th Street and N. Pasadena Street.

Where Did the Giant Sphere Found on Indiana Street Come From?

Come to find out, a company called V2X Technology is located just over on 21st street. The runaway mystery ball had been sitting outside their office until the storm rolled through.

Strong winds must have given it the push it needed to somehow make its way down the road. I'm amazed that it finally landed where it did without hitting any vehicles or causing any damage to surrounding buildings or structures.
