Owensboro Christmas Parade Saturday

The 76th annual Owensboro-Daviess County Christmas Parade is coming up Saturday!  And Dave Spencer and I are once again thrilled to be calling the parade live for Time Warner Cable channel 8.  Dave and I will be joined by our good friend, Jane Head, in the broadcast booth and WBKR's Barb Birgy will be reporting from the sidelines as the parade rolls up 2nd Street downtown!

Here at WBKR/WOMI we are also thrilled that the parade has chosen our fallen friend, Joe Lowe, as the Grand Marshal for this year's event.   Joe announced the parade for years and, as you know, was a vital part of this community.
