When last I spoke to Owensboro filmmaker PJ Starks, he was looking for a creepy house he could use for his new film, "My Horror Project." While he's still looking for an old house, the location in the new trailer for that film is clearly not someone's home. Just a creepy old building. Works for me! Check it out:
