Exciting news about an horror movie filmed here in Owensboro. 13 Slays Till X-Mas has just been picked up by the streaming service Tubi. And you can watch it for free.

On March 1st, 2014, the Owensboro Convention Center played host to the annual River City Festival of Films--an extraordinary event which has grown by leaps and bounds since its beginnings in a vacant space at Towne Square Mall.
