Owensboro Public Schools To Honor Seniors In Spring Sports W/Drive-By Salute & Facility Lighting (PHOTOS)

The Owensboro Public School System wants to honor the Seniors students involved in a Spring sport by saluting them and all their hard work over the past four years and they are asking for your help.

They will light up all sports facilities at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 8, in the school district for 20 minutes and 20 seconds (Shifley, OMS Track & Rash Stadium).  Parents, students, everyone is asked to Drive by and honk your horn during this time.  Please do not get out of your vehicles.

So many students have worked so hard in their sport careers and the COVID-19 has halted that for this 2020 season.  Let's give them a proper send off.
