SHERIFF SCOTT & THE DEPUTIES (WELL, ONE OF 'EM) LIVE AT WBKR

They really are Sheriff Scott & the Deputies, but only one Deputy arrived with the Sheriff Thursday afternoon at 3:45. (The other two arrived later in a separate car.) And, as usual, the live bluegrass they shared was AWESOME!

Sheriff Scott & the Deputies performed Thursday night at the International Bluegrass Music Museum and were good enough to carve out some time for us that afternoon.

They are, by the way, Scott Simontacchi, Josh Brand, Preston Schmidt, and Sam West.

Scott and Preston were the ones who played. Josh and Sam came later. Josh plays the banjo and Sam's on bass.

Incredible, INCREDIBLE music.

Needless to say, I hope they return.
