Tennessee Gets Cool One Of A Kind Restaurant & They Even Have A Menu Item For Dogs
The state of Tennessee has some of the most deliciously wonderful restaurants EVER! They have a restaurant in the state that is the only one of its kind and sounds amazing.
WHAT IS BUCK AND BOARD RESTAURANT?
One of the biggest food trends is Charcuterie boards. Columbia, Tennessee is fortunate enough to really be way ahead of its time.
According to corkdining.com;
A typical charcuterie board consists of mainly meats and cheeses. But at many restaurants or house parties, it's common that these boards include bread, fruits, nuts, condiments such as honey or mustard, pickles, and olives.
Buck & Board is all about Charcuterie. Here's a bit of their story;
For years Columbian business owner, Debbie Cooper, wished for a spot to sit and sip on some Pinot Noir with friends in the evenings. When a friend of Debbie’s opened up an interior design store, "The Linen Duck,” in downtown Columbia and presented an opportunity to rent an adjoining space, Debbie knew what she wanted to create for our little town.
“I just knew I wasn’t the only one who wished for a place I could walk my dogs to and have a glass of wine or a latte outside with my friends... Really simple food, but prepared in a fresh, unique way.”
They are doing just that with this first of its kind eateries and let me tell you it looks absolutely out of this world awesome. Buck and Board actually just celebrated their 4th birthday in business in November right before Thanksgiving.
