Tracy King Honored During National Nurses Week [GALLERY]

Tracy King has been a nurse for thirteen years and helping others has been her passion. It's our pleasure to honor her during National Nurses Week. She's making a difference in the lives of her patients every single day. #HERO

This week we are honoring the best and brightest nurses in the tri-state, based on your nominations. Shouldn't we all thank a nurse that impacts our community every single day and in the most important way? Here at WBKR, we say yes. Yes we should! We've teamed up with Madisonville Garage Doors to do just that.

"Hello! I’m Amanda Claycomb. I would love to nominate my mom Tracy King for nurses week. She has been a nurse for 13 years. She works in the at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She went though nursing school after a divorce, with 4 children and a grandchild. She did it to better not only her life but for her kids. She is the most selfless person I know. She is a amazing nurse and mother! She deserves to be recognized. Thank you."
