My role Thursday and Friday will be ton chronicle the events of the day in picture form so that you -- if you can't join us in person -- may share the good and sad times with us.

Today we look back at some past St. Jude Radiothons. From 2007, me, Kristin from St. Jude, Chad and our General Manager LaDonne Craig.

The gentleman is the late Joe Lowe with the lady Jaclyn Graves. During our radiothons, Joe would take a break from his morning show on our sister station, WOMI-AM, and come over to the WBKR studio and encourage our listeners to become Partners in Hope. Joe, who passed away October 15, always renewed his St. Jude Partner in Hope.

$20 a month on your credit or debit card will make you feel so good. And, it will help the kids. "No child should die in the dawn of life". - Danny Thomas, founder, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
