Kenny Chesney's "When I See This Bar" and Tim McGraw's "Southern Girl" have similar laid back summertime vibes. And so it makes sense that their videos are simple...but effective.

At first, I thought Chesney's song was a non-starter, but now I'm really into it. It's a great way to frame a song about reminiscing. Ditto the video.

Tim McGraw's "Southern Girl" has the sound of someone who has a new lease on life now that he's on a brand new record label--in this case, Big Machine after twenty years on Curb.

I like that Chesney opted for old photos--the kinds you see hanging on the walls of bars that have had the same good ol' regulars for years. And Tim McGraw does concert clips better than most.

Enjoy!
