As you may know, there's a change.org online petition to get Halloween moved to the last Saturday of October. As of Tuesday afternoon, nearly 120,000 have signed the petition. The goal is to get to 150,000 signatures, however, Snickers have upped the ante in the Halloween move proposal. 

Here's is what Snickers tweeted out on Friday:


ONE MILLION FREE SNICKERS; I just wonder if they will be the usual Halloween fun size or the whole candy bar?

The Halloween and Costume Association wants a "safer, longer, and stress-free" holiday by moving it to Saturday. In my day and over the years, if Halloween fell on a Sunday, it was usually moved to the day before or Monday.
